I'm a nature photographer based in Adelaide, Australia. I still remember the first day I took some photos on my Mum's camera when we lived in Darwin when I was about 13 years old and I thought to myself 'hey these look pretty good and I quite enjoy this'. It wasn't until a few years later at the age of 16 when I got given my first camera for my birthday that I truly discovered my love and passion for it and knew I wanted to continue with it. My love for it has not lessened since then and I know I will continue to do it for the rest of my life because nothing makes me happier.
I always feel at peace when I'm out in nature and I love the natural beauty of it. I love the vibrant colours of it and how it can change. That is why I choose to capture some of these magical moments I get to witness and now I want to share them with all of you. The name Disconnected Photography comes from the idea of being disconnected from the city, technology and life being busy and connecting with the nature around you.
